Bio

Dan Roibal joined the men's basketball staff as assistant coach in August of 2022. He will assist in all aspects of the program.
 
Roibal comes to AIC with significant experience behind the bench at a high level. He served as assistant director of basketball operations at the Virginia Military Institute during the 2021-22 campaign.
 
Before his time at VMI, he was a graduate assistant coach at Rutgers-Newark from 2019-21. During his time he recruited and coached 2 defensive players of the year and 5 players with first or second-team all-conference honors.
 
As a student-athlete, Roibal played at Drew University from 2015-19. He started 41 games and was captain of one of the best teams in program history as the Rangers compiled a 23-7 record in 2018-19.
