Blake Bennett was named First-Team All-AHA, while Brian Kramer and Jarrett Fiske took Second-Team All-AHA, and Jordan Biro was named Third-Team All-AHA.

Bennett proved his run in the 2022 AHA Tournament was no fluke as he tied AIC's single-season Division I era goal scoring record, matching the 2014-15 campaign of Austin Orszulak '17 by netting 22 goals. At the time of the release, Bennett's total led all AHA players. He had 35 points total, coincidentally matching exactly Orszulak's campaign and tying him with the former captain as well as Jon Puskar and Alexander MacMillan for the second-most points in a season in the DI era.

Kramer was no stranger to making big plays at both ends for AIC, leading the team's defense corps with six goals and 17 assists for 23 points. He blocked 29 shots and played significant minutes on both special teams sides. Most notably, he made two appearances on ESPN's SportsCenter Top 10 Plays for goals against Cornell University and Sacred Heart University.

Fiske earned a Second-Team nod and was the AHA Goaltending Champion; the latter is given to the qualifying goalkeeper with the lowest goals against average, as he posted a 1.91 goals against average and .931 save percentage in league play, also the best in the league. In doing so, he became the fourth-consecutive winner of the award from AIC. His overall .923 save percentage is second-best in a season in AIC's Division I era, and his 2.38 goals against average for the campaign is the fifth-best in that span.

Biro was AIC's top playmaker with a team-best 20 assists, one of just nine AHA players to reach the 20-assist plateau, and his 31 points currently rank tied for fifth overall in the AHA; he was one of four players in the league with at least 10 goals and 20 assists. Two of his tallies were good for game-winners.
