  • USciences pushed back in the fifth to tie it up at two on a sacrifice flyout by Polera to bring Simms home. The Devils then took the lead on another sacrifice fly from Torregros where she brought Markee to home plate and the score was 3-2 in their favor.
  • However, the Yellow Jackets were not done yet and a home run from McGrath in the fifth tied it back up at three. Jimenez was then able to score on a passed ball, and then made it stand up by pitching the final two outs for the save to give AIC their first victory of the year, a 4-3 final over USciences.

The Lions added three more to their lead by the end of the second as Rodriguez, Stufft, and Lipkins all hit home plate.
  • Georgian Court added another run in the third off of a single from Lipkins to right field where Meikle scored, followed by Herrera tagging home from a single up the middle from Barraza to start the fourth. Georgian Court capped off their victory in the fourth when Franklin and Dunham scored from a single by Lorenz to the left side, and Meikle homered to left field for the run rule win.
