To qualify, student-athletes must appear in at least 90 percent or start at least two-thirds of a team's games played; pitchers who throw at least 25 innings are also eligible. Additionally, student-athletes must hold a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale, and must be at least a sophomore academically.

AIC's honorees are Brianna Harzula, Riley Sullivan, Destiny McGrath, Abigail Wells, and Julia Krijgsman. Harzula, Sullivan, and Wells each garnered their second selection, while McGrath and Krijgsman each took their first. All five have earned Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll in each of their completed semesters.

Harzula, a senior, graduated with a degree in sport and recreation management following a four-year stretch at AIC where she played all across the diamond, but most notably in left field. She was a 2023 NE10 Third-Team All-Conference selection as a utility player and served as a team captain in 2024.

Sullivan, also a senior, was an occupational therapy major and spent her career in the circle. The 2024 co-captain earned NE10 All-Defensive Team accolades as a pitcher with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in conference play.

McGrath, a junior, is a physical therapy major and has played some outfield but primarily serves as the team's shortstop. A 2022 NE10 All-Rookie honoree, she was named Third-Team All-Conference at shortstop in the NE10 in 2024 as she led AIC in hits with 35 and batted .307.

Wells, a senior, double majored in criminal justice and psychology and started in center field all four seasons at AIC. She was a 2022 NE10 Third-Team All-Conference selection and earned AIC's F.J. Maloney Award as the most outstanding athlete over four years in her graduating class.

Krijgsman, a sophomore, is a criminal justice major, and splits her time between pitching and first base. She garnered a 2024 NE10 Third-Team All-Conference selection as a utility pitcher, hitting .302 during the season.
