Wrestling competes at Shippensburg Duals
SHIPPENSBURG, Pennsylvania - The American International College wrestling team battled regional opposition at the Shippensburg Duals in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania on Saturday, January 20.

Three of AIC's entrants earned a pair of wins. Liam Pritchard-Holland picked up two victories at 125, as he earned a decision against Fairmont State's Brandan Myers, 8-4, and earned a victory at 2:25 of the first when Frostburg State's Alex Bellarin was disqualified. Matt Bremner won 4-1 over Fairmont's Tristan Ice, and then pinned Duncan Kammar of Frostburg at 4:07.
Tommy Caracciolo had the most impressive day for AIC, with two pins. He put Chigozie Ijeoma of Fairmont State to the mat just 0:36 in, before an incredible victory over William Applegarth of Frostburg that saw him trailing significantly in the second period before he turned the tide and scored the fall at 3:37.
AIC next heads to the Wildcat Open at Johnson & Wales University on Sunday, January 28.
