Triathlon finishes seventh at USA Triathlon National Championship

TEMPE, Arizona - The American International College triathlon team finished seventh of 12 Division II programs at the USA Triathlon National Championship hosted by Arizona State University on Saturday, November 11.

AIC's top finisher was Lillie Kaempfe, who concluded an impressive fall as a dual sport athlete who also won Northeast-10 All-Conference accolades in cross country. Her time of 1:20:18 was 38th among the Division II competitors. She was followed closely by Angelina Knowlton, who finished in 1:22:55. 

AIC's contingent was rounded out by Allie Drexler's time of 1:24:42, Jill Richards in 1:27:47, and Elizabeth Winberg's 1:37:14.
