Cross Country competes at New England Championship

BOSTON, Massachusetts - The American International College cross country team competed at the New England Championship at Franklin Park on Satruday, October 7.

Fransiscah Cherotich and Lillie Kaempfe crossed the line just about the same time, with times of 20:54.6 and 20:56.0 respectively. Grace Dervan completed the race in 21:12.3, Kendyl Vermette in 21:20.3, and Nicole Widegren rounded out AIC's contingent with a time of 24:33.3.

The Yellow Jackets will now prepare for the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, hosted by AIC at Stanley Park in Westfield on Sunday, October 22.
