Hall, from Avon, Connecticut, started 27 games and appeared in all 29 that AIC played. He was was a force on offense for the Yellow Jackets, hitting 80 threes on the season. That total is a record for first-year student-athletes in program history, one that had stood since 1996-97 when Jorge Garcia hit 60. His 57 made threes during conference play ranked him third among all players in the NE10. His 13.4 points per game currently ranks 18th in the conference.
Perhaps most impressively, Hall barely came off the floor. He averaged 35.5 minutes per game, fifth most in the NE10, yet despite having the ball for a sizeable portion of every game, only averaged 1.2 turnovers per game, the third fewest of the 32 players in the conference who averaged at least 30 minutes per contest.
Hall's selection marks the second All-Rookie nod AIC has earned in Head Coach Andy Burkholder's tenure.
