Bio

Matthew Mohnacky was named the third Head Coach in the history of American International College Women's Triathlon in September 2023.

Mohnacky previously worked as the Head Coach at Transylvania University and led his team to second place in Division III East. He also directed the program's recruiting, including social media and community outreach. 

Before that, he assisted the Triathlon Club Student Executive Board in developing the club's triathlon program at The Ohio State University as it grew to one of the largest teams in the country while competing in the Mideast Collegiate Triathlon Conference. 

Mohnacky is a ten-year veteran of The U.S. Coast Guard and holds an AAS in Sport and Exercise Studies, a B.S. in Sport Industry from Ohio State University, and an M.S. in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Ohio University.
