Bio

Basile was named Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach in July 2024. He will assist in all aspects of the program.

Basile comes to AIC with extensive volleyball and coaching experience at all levels. He currently serves as the assistant volleyball coach for both his hometown Agawam High School and the Pioneer Valley Juniors program. He previously coached with the Front Range Volleyball Club in Englewood, Colorado, and from 2019-21 was a strength and conditioning assistant at Saint Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.

Basile completed his bachelor’s in exercise and movement science in 2021 at Saint Francis College, following two years at Sage College of Albany from 2017-19. At Sage, he was a member of both the men’s volleyball and tennis teams; at Saint Francis, he was named to the NEC Honor Roll in each of his two seasons.
