
Field Hockey trio earn NFHCA Scholar of Distinction status
MANAHAWKIN, New Jersey – Three members of the American International College field hockey team earned the 2024 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II Scholar of Distinction award, the NFHCA announced on Friday, February 14.

The NFHCA's Scholar of Distinction "acknowledges exceptional undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.9 or higher through the fall semester."
AIC's trio of awardees were Mar Busqueta, Maddie Darling, and Kylee Rinker.
Darling and Busqueta both earned the honor for the second consecutive season, while Rinker earned her first honor.
